Tuscan White Bean Dip From Healthy Life Kitchen By Marilu Henner INGREDIENTS 2 cans white beans 1 raw garlic clove, or 2 roasted garlic cloves ½ tsp salt ½ tsp vegetable bouillon 6 chives Leaves from 4 sprigs rosemary 1 Tbsp olive oil PREPERATION Puree all ingredients together in food processor. Can be served with veggies or pita bread. (Perfect dip if you are having vegetarians/healthy eaters coming over for a party!) |
