Unfried Chicken Tenders

The Family Chef By Jewels and Jill Elmore Unfried Chicken Tenders Serves 4-6 INGREDIENTS · 16 chicken tenders · Salt and pepper, to taste · 1 egg, beaten · ¼ cup milk · ½ cub breadcrumbs · ½ cup corn flake crumbs · Organic olive oil spray PREPERATION 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Season Chicken with salt and pepper and let sit for a couple of minutes. 2. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk the egg and milk and add the chicken tenders. 3. In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs and the cornflake crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Dip each chicken tender on both sides into the crumb mixture. Place on a sheet tray sprayed with olive oil . When finished breading, spray tenders with olive oil and bake in the oven 10-12 minutes. You can also sate` tenders quickly. Either way, they will be a healthy hit with your kids!
